I do not recommend buying from this seller !!
The listing stated that the AdSense account could be changed on May 30, and the seller confirmed this in our messages. This was a key reason for my purchase.
However, on May 29, Google disabled the AdSense account linked to the channel for policy-related reasons. When May 30 arrived, I was unable to replace the AdSense account as promised.
I contacted YouTube Creator Support and was informed that the AdSense account cannot be changed while the currently linked disabled account remains unresolved. I also received an official YouTube email stating that without a valid AdSense account, the channel cannot participate in the YouTube Partner Program.
When I informed the seller, the response was essentially "hmm right" and no solution was provided.
Future buyers should carefully verify the AdSense status and replacement eligibility before purchasing from this seller.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

I have completed numerous successful transactions with satisfied buyers. I encourage potential buyers to review my overall transaction history and feedback record rather than relying on a review based on circumstances that were outside of my control and occurred after the sale had already been completed. The buyer waited until after the transaction was completed and then attempted to hold me responsible for a third-party action taken by Google. Furthermore, the buyer indicated that the review could be removed in exchange for a free channel, instead I was ready for compensation, despite the fact that such compensation was never part of our agreement. This review is misleading and omits important facts.
The channel was successfully delivered, ownership was transferred, and the inspection period was completed without any dispute. The transaction began on May 15 and was finalized according to the agreed terms.
The issue relates to a Google AdSense suspension that occurred after transfer.
